Product Description

R-1010 is a high-grade plastic purpose rutile titanium dioxide producedwith the sulfuric acid process, this product integrates our innovativeresearch on hydrolysis, salt treatment, calcination control, inorganic,organic treatment, and product application, etc. special organic agentsmodify the surface. The product not only has an obvous blue bottomphase, high brightness, high dispersion, high hiding power, and providesbetter pigment performance for the plastic system, but also has lower oilabsorption and volatiles, good compatibility and fluidity, and bettermechanical processing perfomance for the plastic system.

Partide size and distribution

The product partice size is fine and well distributed by our outstandinghydrolysis and calcining process, which makes it with high gloss, gooddispersion,excellent hiding power, and tinting strength.

Surface treatment

We use high-quality single aluminum inorganic coating and specialorganic surface treatment to make R-1010 achieve the best perfomancein optical properties and applications.

APPLICATON

Masterbatch & profiles & Plates & Pipe such as polyolefin, PVC, ABS, PSetc. & leather color paste & oil paint

APPLICATON PERFORMANCE

1. Blue under tone: fine particles and good distribution make it witha nice blue tone and excellent whiteness.

2. High dispersibility: special inorganic and organic surface treatmentmakes the product a good dispersibility in the application system.

3. Low oil absorption: it has good compatibility and dispersibility inplastic resin.

4. High-temperature resistance: good resistance to tum yellow in thehigh-temperature processing
